Leg Day and Smoothie
Had an awesome workout at the gym and then an amaaazing smoothie afterwards! :)) 3 big handfuls of organic spinach 1 cup organic vanilla soymilk 1/5 cup water 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1 heaping tbsp hemp seeds 1 heaping tbsp chocolate hemp protein powder 1 ice cube

Banana Milkshake!
It tastes SO GOOD.. like the real thing! But healthier! And trust me, all you taste is creamy banana goodness. ^__^ 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen but I ran out so I just used a non-frozen one) 2/3 cup almond milk (or other plant milk) Large handful of spinach 1 tbsp hemp seeds 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Green Superfood Powder 1 ice cube Blend, blend, blend!  Enjoy. <3
