First time baking biscuits! So I found a recipe for sweet potato biscuits and just had to try them. Super delicious and so fluffy on the inside! :)

On a baking frenzy! Whole wheat chocolate cupcakes with a lemon vanilla frosting and topped with shredded coconut! Sooooo goood. :))

My delicious wrap I had for lunch the other day! Quinoa, kale, spinach, grilled tofu, and avocado, topped with sriracha and daiya cheese on a brown rice tortilla!

I was really surprised they turned out so well! My roommates said they couldn&#8217;t even tell that it was vegan. :D
Peppermint chocolate cupcakes with crushed peppermint candies sprinkled on top. It was also my first time making frosting too, hehe.

Frozen mangoes from Trader Joe&#8217;s! My new favorite study snack! 

Mangoes are super healthy: Sweet but low in calories, rich in fiber, a rainbow of vitamins and minerals like vitamin c and iron, can help with digestion, and so much more!

Normally I would be craving some jalapeno chips the day before an exam&#8230; but these are so much better for me, and I won&#8217;t feel crappy like I usually do after eating the chips! And they are deeeeelish. :)

1/4 of an avocado smeared on whole wheat toast, then drizzled with some fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and sprinkled with some salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
