Frozen mangoes from Trader Joe’s! My new favorite study snack!
Mangoes are super healthy: Sweet but low in calories, rich in fiber, a rainbow of vitamins and minerals like vitamin c and iron, can help with digestion, and so much more!
Normally I would be craving some jalapeno chips the day before an exam… but these are so much better for me, and I won’t feel crappy like I usually do after eating the chips! And they are deeeeelish. :)
